Funding the local church

In this week's video, Bishop Richard continues to voice his concerns about how funds are being distributed by the Church Commissioners, and invites us to pray for a new settlement that will give a stable, sustainable foundation for parochial ministry for the future.  Of course, our churches will still need to take responsibility for funding ministry locally alongside that which the national church makes available to dioceses.
