Situated in a beautiful part of one of the most rural areas in England, and close to the Welsh border, this is a lively, forward looking group of parishes and communities. This is a place where community is important, and where the churches, the parishes, the farms, the villages and the individual people are closely interwoven.

If you are a local, this website aims to keep you up to date with local information, with our forthcoming church services and community events and with ways in which we are tackling our future. For visitors, we hope it will give you a flavour of the area and some ideas about what you'll find when you come here.

If you'd like somewhere to be quiet, to pray or to see and touch history, you'll find all our churches open every day - there are some stunning things to be seen both inside and outside the churches and visitors are always welcome. And do come and join us at any of our regular and one-off events, for worship on Sundays or at any one of our other services.
